Turnaround times vary per project, typically turnaround time is 3-7 business days for most projects, website design is 6-8 weeks. Turnaround time also depends on submission of completed CONTENT (provided by client). Due to the uniqueness of each project and client, more time may be needed for satisfied completion
Yes, monthly complementary website maintenance up to 14 days after website launch. Payment plans are available upon request. Prices vary based on size of project, customization, and platform used (Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow, Wix, Wordpress or Custom HTML/CSS).
A 50% deposit must be made on graphic orders, and full payment on Logo Orders, before the designer begins work. Remaining amount is due, before final files are released. If the design order is under $100, full payment must be made. This can be paid via invoice using credit card or secured bank payment through e-creatived store. Please note that deposits are non-refundable and act as a retainer fee to account for designer time once the design process has begun. For packages, after 50% of the design work has been completed, the next 25% of the invoice is due. The remainder 25% is due once all files have been approved.
Yes, I can print your materials (at an extra cost) through my chosen outsourced printer. Otherwise, I will send you the final high resolution PDF and JPEG files via email.
All projects done by us, there is a four (4) revision limit. After that, all additional revisions will incur a $5 fee per revision. This is to ensure a steady work flow so your project can be completed in a reasonable time frame. Draft images of any kind are for the purpose of approval only. They may not be copied, manipulated, or distributed to any other person or company other than those directly involved with the project without prior permission from us. After approval of files (logos, flyers, etc) clients must have balance paid in full before release of files. Failure to do so will result in a $15 per day late charge fee.
